Ginevra Bompiani

 Ginevra Bompiani was born in Milan and lives in Rome. Publisher, writer, translator, essayist, she has taught for many years at the University of Siena. She founded and directed until 2015 the publishing house Nottetempo. Among her books are: Le specie del sonno (1975 and 1998), Lo spazio narrante (1978), L’incantato (1987), L’attesa (1988), L’orso maggiore (1994), L’età dell’argento (2001), Ritratto di Sarah Malcolm (2005), La stazione termale (2012), and La neve (2013).
